ORDER INFORMATION

ORDER CONFIRMATION
When providing a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your order has shipped and contains your Lila`s Fashion Joint order.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
You may cancel any Lila`s Fashion Joint order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Your Lila`s Fashion Joint tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Follow the link directly to the Priority Mail site and enter your tracking number.
NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.

DELIVERY & PROCESSING
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).

Two-Day Delivery
If requested, add $10.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

Overnight Delivery
If requested, add $17.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

International Delivery

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Drop-ship items and expedited shipping is not available for International orders.

Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. DHL and Lila`s Fashion Joint are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Lila`s Fashion Joint cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We do try to minimize these charges by listing the ‘wholesale’ cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Canadian Customers:
Please allow 7-10 days for the product to reach its destination.

Canadian customs sets taxes, duties and brokerage fees on commercial goods shipped to The Great White North. These fees will be determined at the border. Lila`s Fashion Joint cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your gear is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin (think NAFTA). Goods that are totally made in the USA will be duty free! But, still subject to GST/PST.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your order, If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for up to Thirty days of purchase date. Returned merchandise should include, original receipt, the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

WASHING INSTRUCTION
To fully enjoy your Lila`s Fashion Joint new products, make sure you read the item's label and follow the care instructions.
For Silk Screened Items: Wash items inside out, and lay flat to dry or dry using cool air. Use fabric softener to keep the items soft.

OUR FIT
Our clothes are cut for a youthful petite shape and enhance the feminine curves.
If you're not sure what size to get or if you're in-between sizes, please order the next size larger.

How to take your body measurements
If you cant specify which size will fit you, there is an easy way to determine using a flexible tape measure. Please look below how to take your body measurements:

Bust: Place the tape measure under your arms and circle the tape around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: Wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline. Keep the tape comfortably loose.
Hips: Measure your hips by circling the tape measure around the fullest part of your body between your waist and the top of your legs.
